Overview

GMMK PRO is an ultra premium, gasket-mounted 75% layout keyboard built for enthusiasts, gamers, and professionals.

STATUS

• Select Flex-batch reservation holders are now being sent emails to complete their purchase.
• Flex-batch holders are emailed based on when they placed their reservation.
• We will be sending batches of emails out weekly to Flex batch holders going forward, so please check for our email.

MK CUSTOM FIRMWARE SUPPORT

Due to the global chip shortage, beginning in Q3 (July-September) 2021, there is a possibility GMMK PRO MCU’s will have a new chip without QMK support by default. We are actively developing QMK support for it, but there is currently no ETA for availability. The GMMK PRO will still be 100% functional with Glorious Core software and this only affects customers that want to install their own custom firmware. We will update the status here ASAP when this changes. Please read this post for more information.

HOW TO CHECK BATCH STATUS:

If you want to make sure you didn’t miss our email you can always login to your Glorious account on the website. Go to your order status page. You will see a message that will confirm if you are currently able to check out your GMMK PRO reservation (example)

ESTIMATED SHIP DATE:

• If you place a GMMK PRO reservation today, you are estimated to be in a FLEX BATCH.
• If you reserve a GMMK PRO Black Slate today, then the reservations are currently expected to have a Q2 (April-June) 2021 ship date (will have QMK support out of box).
• If you reserve a GMMK PRO White Ice reservation today, you are currently expected to have a Q3 (July-September) 2021 ship date (will not have QMK support out of box, read more here).
• These are only estimates and in no way guarantee a specific ship date.
